How to Find Us

Due to construction at YLW, the designated shuttle pick-up area has been moved further south of the Departures doors, just past the car rental lot. When exiting the Arrivals doors, turn left and walk towards the car rental lot.

When you arrive at YLW, please follow the shuttle signs to the south end of the terminal. Our vehicles are Mercedes Sprinter vans. Should you have any trouble locating the shuttle, please phone or text 250-869-7031. See map below for details.

We had a great experience with Elite Mile - I booked 32 of us for a conference to drive us from Kelowna airport to sparkling hill and back at many different times over the past weekend - driver was prompt, friendly and helpful with luggage! It was my first time using them. My flight from YVR to YLW got cancelled super last minute and I emailed and they quickly rebooked me on another shuttle. We booked Elite Mile to pick my sister and I up from the airport , drop us off at a breakfast spot in Kelowna while keeping our luggage and then pick us up after and take us to Sparkling Hill.  This was a fantastic option because our flight got into Kelowna early,  but check-in at Sparkling Hill isn’t until 3 pm.  We got to have mimosas, didn’t have to worry about luggage or renting a car/driving. Loved it!  Recommend!!

Couldn't reach out to them after they received the money, called 10 times in 2 days to be able to get a hold of them. Each ride charges $400+ from the airport to the Sparkling Hill Resort (45min ride) with 0 flexibility to change times. Fantastic shuttle company. On time to pick us up at the airport and at home. Where we live at Predator Ridge , this company offers door to door service. Will always use them and highly recommend them. Their prices are great. So much cheaper than leaving our vehicle at the Park N Fly for 3 weeks. Cheers to Elite Mile Shuttle !!
