After spending years using a variety of Okanagan wine tour operators for my Vino & Vinyasa Retreats, I was so happy to finally come across Elite Mile. Elite Mile is easily the best shuttle operator in the Kelowna area. Their drivers are extremely professional and always go above and beyond what is expected. They are knowledgeable, punctual, and happy to go with the flow. Their vans are brand new, sparkling clean, and luxuriously comfortable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

A last minute pick-up from the airport was arranged and we are truly grateful for their flexibility and attention to detail- thank you Mile! Every aspect of arranging the shuttle and the ride to Sparkling Hill was perfect. A couple of days later we did a wine tour and the entire day was exquisite. The tour was so well organized and the day was very enjoyable- we had nothing to worry about. The shuttle is clean, a perfect temperature, comfortable and the conversation is great. We would recommend Elite Mile to anyone needing transportation between Sparkling Hill and the airport as well as for a wine tour in the area. Laura & RegWe would like to thank Elite Mile Transportation Services. We recently had a corporate event for 3 days at Sparkling Hills Resort. We had to coordinate quite a few rides back and forth from the Airport, and to and from restaurants and venues around town. Olja, the Operations Manager, was amazing! She helped me coordinate all the transportation details, and made sure that everybody was taken care of. Mile, our driver, was friendly and courteous, his limo bus was spotless and beautiful, and his driving was impeccable! Thanks again for everything!
