We used them to take us to the Kelowna Airport. They picked us up on time and the van was very spacious and comfortable. Once they knew our departure time they calculated the pickup time for us. When we returned six weeks later, we walked out of the airport with our bags and there was the shuttle van waiting for us. So efficient. Would definitely use them again. EXCELLENTVerified Great service! I had booked a shuttle from Kelowna airport to Predator Ridge Resort. My flight was delayed and when I contacted Elite to advise them, they said they would wait for me. It turned out I was 45 minutes past my original booking and when I contacted them to say I’d landed, they advised the type of vehicle and where to meet the car. The driver, Tanja, waved to me as I exited the airport. We always use Elite Mile when we are going to the airport for our vacations, especially during the winter months. The service is great and they are always on time, if you are going away for a couple of weeks it's nice to have door to door pickup versus trying to find a parking spot at the kelowna airport.
