COVID-19
Enhanced Safety ProceduresAs we resume our service in the time of COVID-19, we want you to know that we are 100% committed to creating a safe travel environment for you and your family.
Here is what we are doing:
- Anyone who has had any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days is asked to rebook their service and self-isolate at home
- Anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada or has been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 is asked to rebook for a later date and self-isolate at home for 14 days
- Drivers are able to refuse guests where there is reasonable concern for the safety of the driver and/or other guests
- All drivers who show symptoms of COVID-19 or any cold or flu-like symptoms are asked to stay home and let management know of their status
- Vehicles are sanitized between each shuttle run/wine tour and end of shift
- All people aboard the shuttle are to maintain a 2 meter distance when possible, if not we recommend masks be worn
- Guests are to sanitize their hands each time before they enter the van
- The credit card machine will be sanitized between each use
- Van doors are only to be opened/closed by the driver to avoid too much surface contact
- Only the driver will have access to leaflets, rack cards and business cards. They will only be distributed as needed.
- Maximum 3 guests in the 6 passenger vehicles
- Maximum 6 people in the 11 passenger vehicles (exceptions can be made for groups from the same household)
- Guests are to load and unload their own luggage/golf clubs/wine cases
- No outside food or beverage is permitted in the vehicles
- Guests are to remove their own garbage out of the vehicles at the end of the transfer/tour
