Can I customize the tour?

Wine tours booked directly through our website are shared experiences, meaning other guests may join your tour. These tours follow a pre-set itinerary to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

If you prefer a private, fully customized wine tour, please contact us at booking@elitemile.com and we would be happy to tailor a tour to your preferences.
Are tastings included in the cost of the tour?

Yes! All winery tastings on our tours are included and pre-arranged by our team, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience. We coordinate reservations and tasting fees at each stop to create a seamless, hassle-free day.

While some tour companies may appear less expensive, tasting fees are often not included and must be arranged and paid for separately at each winery.
How many wines will we taste?

Each winery visit includes tastings of 4–5 wines, giving guests a chance to explore the wide variety of wines crafted throughout the region.
Is food included in the cost of the tour?

Scenic Sip Tour
This tour includes a stop for lunch at one of the region’s wonderful local restaurants. Lunch is not included in the tour price, allowing guests the flexibility to order according to their own preferences.

Afternoon Sip Tour
This experience features a premium seated tasting at one of our winery stops, including thoughtfully selected small bites to complement the wines.
Is gratuity included in the tour cost?

Gratuity for your tour guide is not included in the tour fare (excluding group bookings). If you enjoyed your experience, gratuities are always appreciated as a way to recognize exceptional service.
What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellations prior to your scheduled wine tour. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will result in forfeiture of the booking payment.

Please note that a 6% processing fee applies to all refunds.

If your plans change, we are happy to reschedule your tour for a later date at no additional charge, or provide a credit for the full amount to be used toward a future booking.
