Frequently asked questions

Can I book a round-trip shuttle?

Yes! Arrival and Departure shuttles can be booked at the same time, but as separate transfers within the booking form. You can do this by clicking "+Add to Booking" at the top of the form when you have completed your arrival details.

Where do I meet the shuttle?

Due to ongoing improvements at the airport, the new shuttle holding area is across from the Arrivals Doors, within the short term parking lot. Please look for a vehicle with the Elite Mile logo, along with the Predator Ridge and Sparkling Hill logos. Should you have any trouble locating the shuttle, please contact us at 250-869-7031 and we would be happy to assist.

What if my flight is early or delayed?

We do our best to accommodate unexpected travel delays whenever possible; however, shuttle availability cannot be guaranteed in the event of a delayed flight.

Our shuttle will wait up to 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup time. If your flight is delayed and will affect your pickup, please contact our office at 250-869-7031 so we can assist with rebooking you on the next available shuttle, space permitting.

If your flight arrives earlier than scheduled, guests are asked to wait until their scheduled shuttle pickup time, as earlier departures cannot be guaranteed.

If we are not contacted to make alternative arrangements, the reservation will be considered missed and is not eligible for a refund.

Is the shuttle transfer private?

Airport shuttle bookings are shared transfers, meaning other guests may be traveling on the shuttle.

If you prefer a private transfer, this can be arranged for an additional fee and is subject to availability. Please contact us at booking@elitemile.com to inquire.

Is gratuity included in the fare?

Gratuity for your driver is not included in the shuttle fare (excluding group bookings). If you enjoyed your experience, gratuities are always appreciated as a way to recognize exceptional service.

What is your cancellation policy?

1–4 Guests

Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled travel date for a full refund, less a 6% processing fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, plus the 6% processing fee.

5–11 Guests

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the booking total.

All refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. Once the reservation start date has passed, changes are subject to availability and bookings are non-refundable.

12+ Guests

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged on the date of service based on the actual services provided.

Cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service date will result in a charge of 50% of the booking total.

All refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. Once the reservation start date has passed, changes are subject to availability and bookings are non-refundable.
